Happy Monday to everyone! Today I bring you some pictures from my last days in Madrid. These months have been incredible in Madrid. Hopefully I will be back soon. In the photos I wear a vaporous burgundy blouse with bat sleeves cut open at the sides, black shorts with strass and my favorite boots, my black boots with chains and antique silver studs, which adds a rocker touch to the outfit.
¡Feliz lunes a todos! Hoy os traigo unas fotos de mis últimos días en Madrid. Estos meses en Madrid han sido increíbles. Afortunadamente volveré pronto. En las fotos llevo una vaporosa blusa granate con mangas de corte murciélago abierta por los laterales, unos pantalones cortos negros con strass mis botas favoritas, mis botas negras con cadenas y tachas color plata vieja, que añade el toque rockero al outfit.

Waking up with the sun rays that sneak through the window a lazy morning and to stay in the arms of Morpheus "just a little longer" seems enciting, but in Madrid I prefer to exploit some of the thousands of plans that this city offers me... and the Rastro is one of this. Yesterday, Sunday, I spent the morning at the Rastro (metro La Latina and Tirso de Molina) in great company to say goodbye to Madrid for a while. It's my favourite place to extend my collection of T-shirts, especially the music band ones.
Despertar con los rayos de sol que se cuelan por la ventana una mañana ociosa y seguir en los brazos de Morfeo "un ratito más" resulta tentador, pero estando en Madrid prefiero aprovechar los miles de planes que esta ciudad me ofrece... y el Rastro es uno de ellos. Ayer, domingo, pasé la mañana en el Rastro (metro La Latina o Tirso de Molina) en buena compañía para despedirme de Madrid por un tiempo. Es mi sitio favorito a la hora de ampliar la colección de camisetas, sobre todo de bandas de música.
This is one of my favourites market stalls of rock bands T-shirts. It had a really complete variety of models and not just the classic bands, and you also won't find any cheaper place with these T-shirts.
Este es uno de los puestos de camisetas de grupos de rock que más me gustó. Tenía muchísima variedad de modelos y no sólo de los grupos clásicos, además de que no encontrarás ningún puesto más económico con esas camisetas.
The second fashion stall sells very original embroidered T-shirts and offers the possibility of making your own designs. Prices range between 12 and 14 euros and the clothing finish is flawless.
El segundo puesto vende camisetas bordadas muy originales y ofrecen la posibilidad de realizar tus propios diseños. Los precios de las prendas oscilan entre los 12 y los 14 euros y el acabado de ellas es impecable.
A few T-shirts by Groovy got a place in my closet. Groovy is an original brand with protest designs guaranteed by AITEX, which ensures that these products do not contain substances harmful to health and that they have been prepared in a respectful manner the environment and the rights of workers involved in its manufacture. I bought the skirt I'm wearing in El Templo de Susu, vintage shop I talked about on my the previous post. If you asked yourself about the tattoos... they are made with henna because I don't know if in my multiple allergies is the tattoo ink, so I'll have to use henna until it's confirmed that I can make me a permanent one.
La falda que llevo la compré en El Templo de Susu, tienda vintage de la que hablé en la entrada anterior. Si te preguntas por los tatuajes, son de henna pues todavía no sé si entre mis múltiples alergias está la tinta de los tatuajes, así que tendré que conformarme con los de henna hasta que me confirmen si puedo hacerme uno permanente.
In these warm afternoons, a walk through the center seems irresistible. Today I want to show you a store I found the other day, El Templo de Susu. They sell vintage clothing and accessories and many fur things. I recommend you to walk around there on Espíritu Santo Street (metro Tribunal).
En estas tardes calurosas, un paseo por el centro se presenta irresistible. Hoy os quiero enseñar una tienda que encontré el otro día, El Templo de Susu. Venden ropa y complementos vintage y tienen muchas prendas de piel a buen precio. Os recomiendo dar una vuelta por allí, en la Calle del Espíritu Santo (metro Tribunal).
After weeks of tests are summarized in stress and coffee, is there something better than a rock festival? Last Saturday was Rivas Rock in Rivas-Vaciamadrid, and obviously I had to be there.
Después de unas semanas de exámenes que se resumen en estrés y café, ¡qué mejor que un festival de rock! El sábado pasado fue en Rivas-Vaciamadrid el festival Rivas Rock y ahí tenía que estar yo.
The first group to come on stage was Porretas. I was lucky to get the white bracelet that allowed me to enter in the backstage and I met Bode from Los Porretas... I couldn't believe it!
El primer grupo en salir al escenario fue Porretas. Tuve la suerte de conseguir la pulsera blanca que me dio paso al backstage y pude conocer a Bode de Los Porretas... ¡aún me cuesta creerlo!
After, there was the Gatillazo's concert... wordless.
Después fue el concierto de Gatillazo... sin palabras.
Then, Los Suaves appeared. I was next to the stage, I didn´t want to miss even the sighs. Eighty minutes of heartbreaking letters like glory. And finally... we met Yosi in person!
Llegó el momento de Los Suaves. Estaba al lado del escenario para no perderme ni los suspiros. Ochenta minutos de letras desgarradoras que supieron a gloria. Y al final... ¡conocimos a Yosi en persona!
After another break, Rosendo played for an hour and a half.
Tras otro descanso, tocó Rosendo durante una hora y media.
And then, Narco and El Último Ke Zierre. The day seemed unbeatable until a flying glass went to hit my head and I fainted - luckily a friend and a stranger who appeared out of nowhere helped me -. Taking away the little incident, it was a perfect day.
Y, a continuación, Narco y El Último Ke Zierre. El día parecía inmejorable hasta que una copa voladora fue a parar a mi cabeza y del golpe me desmayé - menos mal que una amiga y un desconocido que apareció de la nada me socorrieron -. Quitando el pequeño incidente, fue un día perfecto.
It seems that more than thirty degrees in the thermometer in Madrid can be a signal to forget warm clothes for a few months and to recover summer clothes we stored with a nostalgic sigh, closing down an unique summer. After storing coats, scarves and other garments, which are useless in these months, I saw my black leather jacket. Who said you have to banish it? This was demonstrated at Saint Laurent Spring-Summer 2014 Ready-to-wear parade, where the biker jackets awarded to the parade the powerful image of this brand. Vests, jackets with striking lapels and blazers... always with leather... black, of course.
Parece que los más de treinta grados que marca el termómetro en Madrid pueden ser una señal para olvidar por unos meses la ropa de abrigo y recuperar la ropa veraniega que guardamos con un nostálgico suspiro, echando la llave a un irrepetible verano. Tras guardar abrigos, bufandas y demás prendas en estos meses inútiles, llegué a mi chaqueta negra de cuero. ¿Quién ha dicho que haya que desterrarla? Así lo demostró el desfile de Saint Laurent para la temporada Primavera-Verano 2014 Prêt-à-porter, en el cual las biker jackets otorgaron al desfile el poderío propio de la imagen de esta marca. Chalecos, chaquetas con llamativas solapas y americanas... siempre de cuero... negro, por supuesto.
