Hi everyone! Summer, festivals and good vibes! In the previous festival I was made a leather braid and I wasn't going to deny to get one dread done at the last festival, where I discovered new groups and I had a incredibly good time, so a year until the next edition seems too much time.

 

Recent months have been horribly stressful and I could not publish on this blog as much as I wished, but I promise to carve out time to publish a NEW POST EVERY MONDAY.

¡Hola a todos! ¡Verano, festivales y buena vibra! En el anterior festival me hice la trenza de cuero, no iba a negarme a que me hiciesen una rasta en el último festival en el que descubrí nuevos grupos y me lo pasé tan bien que un año hasta la próxima edición se me hace demasiado tiempo.

 

Los últimos meses han sido horriblemente estresantes y no he podido publicar en este blog tanto como me hubiera gustado, pero me comprometo a sacar tiempo de debajo de las piedras para publicar UN NUEVO POST CADA LUNES.

WOMAD CÁCERES!

Music, arts and dance... WOMAD (World of Music, Arts & Dance) is much more. An air of naturalness regenerates the center of the town of Cáceres (Spain). As every year, artists from more than a dozen countries make their contribution to the festival, as well as local bands like Los niños de los ojos rojos. Handicraft, instruments, activities and rhythms of the world... The essence of WOMAD in the old town of Cáceres (Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO), my town.

Música, artes y bailes... el WOMAD (World Of Music, Arts & Dance) es mucho más. Un aire de naturalidad regenera el centro de la ciudad de Cáceres (España). Como todos los años, artistas de más de una decena de países hacen su aportación al festival, además de otros autóctonos como Los niños de los ojos rojos. Artesanía, instrumentos, actividades y ritmos del mundo... La esencia del WOMAD en el casco antiguo de Cáceres (Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO), mi ciudad.

What to wear to a summer festival? Today I bring you 5 outfits to inspire you to prepare your bag for a festival. My favorite is the first one, perfect for a rock festival with black sneakers (or boots if you do not mind the heat). The point of a festival is to enjoy it, so my advice is to use comfortable clothes there, a backpack or cross bag, a jacket for the night concerts and sneakers - that will go directly to the washing machine at home -. As a friend told me and I thought it was an exaggeration: "You go to a festival to survive".

¿Qué ropa llevar a un festival de verano? Hoy os traigo 5 outfits para inspiraros a la hora de preparar la bolsa para un festival. Mi preferido es el primero, perfecto para un festival de rock con unas zapatillas negras (o botines si no te importa el calor). A los festivales se va a disfrutar, así que mi consejo es ir con ropa cómoda, una mochila o bolso cruzado, una chaqueta para los conciertos de madrugada y zapatillas - que irán directas a la lavadora al volver a casa -. Como me dijo un amigo al que en su momento tomé por exagerado: "¡A los festivales se va a sobrevivir!".
