Luce-t by Irene: ARCO, Feria Internacional Arte Contemporáneo

Last Sunday I attended the International Contemporary Art Fair ARCO which took place in Madrid from February 25 to March 1st. An unmissable date, although the "reduced" price of 20 euros for students ends with the possibility of attending there to many youngsters interested in art. Is culture really promoted? Culture must not be a luxury.

What is art? A way of expression, emotion, thought, feeling? The wings of the soul? The materialization of the product of the mind? Art... the simple effort to find a definition makes the imagination fly.

El pasado domingo asistí a la Feria Internacional de Arte Contemporáneo ARCO que ha tenido lugar en Madrid del 25 de febrero al 1 de marzo. Una cita obligatoria en nuestra agenda, aunque el precio "reducido" de 20 euros para estudiantes cierra la posibilidad de acudir a muchos jóvenes interesados en el arte. ¿Se fomenta realmente la cultura? ¿Desde cuándo es un lujo?

¿Qué es el arte? ¿Una forma de expresarse, emoción, pensamiento, sentimiento? ¿Las alas del alma? ¿La materialización del producto de la mente? Arte... el simple intento de encontrar una definición echa a volar la imaginación.
